I am organizing a gathering of green building and climate professionals to learn about the sociology of change and how it connects to the built environment. We’re creating a regional hub of the Climate, Mind and Behavior program of the Garrison Institute.
Please come: Thursday, Sept 6th, 5-7pm at 464 Tremont St in Boston – the South End at the Castle Square Community Center.
We will hear from the director of the Garrison Institute’s Climate, Mind & Behavior Program, Karen Ehrhardt-Martinez. She is a sociologist who will describe emerging research findings about what drives human behavior, and how to integrate these insights into new thinking on climate solutions. Her research crystallizes and further develops the emerging understanding of human behavior and human nature generated by behavioral and social sciences.
It’s going to be a great opportunity to mix and mingle with leaders in the climate/sustainability scene.
Please let me know if you are interested in attending!
